Consumers in India collectively lost over 18 billion U.S. dollars due to cyber crimes according to estimated statistical reports of year 2017. The year 2018 reported numerous issues of cyber crimes exclusively in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh . In the year 2019,there was a tremendous jump of cyber crime cases ,around 44.5 thousand cases of cyber crimes were registered among which Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh accounted maximum shares of cyber crime cases globally.

WORLD CUP PHISHING SCAM OF FOOTBALL- This cyber attack was witnessed in the year 2018 in this the virtual mails were sent as if it has been sent from trusted organization.

NATIONAL CYBER CRIME REPORTING PORTAL- This portal has been designed specifically for supporting all women and children against cyber crime . Complaints can be registered anonymously by anyone on this portal .But unless , we prepare ourselves for the fight against this cyber issues no change will going to occur on its own.
